Customer Support Specialist
Candidate will provide first-line technical support to our customer base for our custom medical software. Will speak directly to customers and provide necessary feedback for problem areas with the application.
The following items are requirements for this position:
- Basic computer proficiency is required
- Two years experience in support-related field preferred
- Associate degree in technical field or two years college experience preferred
